Phased Array Antenna Systems Engineer – Relocation to Montreal

About the role

The company offers full relocation support and a relocation bonus for candidates moving to Montreal. Selected engineers may work remotely during the immigration process, with the expectation to transition to onsite work once relocation is complete.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain antenna subsystem requirements and perform requirements management activities.
• Support design architecture development, performance budgeting, and cross‑disciplinary convergence.
• Create verification matrices, test requirements, and build matrices for hardware tracking.
• Develop assembly, integration and test plans and support test activities from planning through production.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience with active antenna system designs, beamforming and antenna testing.
• Experience in space or ground‑segment antenna applications and specifications.

Required skills

• Active antenna system design and beamforming.
• Antenna testing and radiated test facilities.
• Matlab and Simulink simulation tools.
• Requirements management tools such as DOORS, Windchill or Jama.
