Phased Array Antenna Lead Systems Engineer

About the role

The Phased Array Antenna Lead Systems Engineer will join the System Engineering Department to define, develop, and execute phased‑array antenna designs. The role involves leading the preparation, implementation, testing, and verification of antenna subsystems for space or ground‑segment missions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain antenna subsystem requirements and traceability.
• Lead development of design architecture and performance budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams to converge on a design that meets mission requirements.
• Create verification matrices, test requirements and build matrices for hardware tracking.
• Develop Assembly, Integration and Test plans and support test activities from planning through production.
• Review unit and system test data, evaluate non‑compliances and support automated data post‑processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in active antenna system design, beam‑forming and antenna testing.
• Experience with space or ground‑segment antenna applications and integration methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus.

• Matlab and Simulink.
• Requirements management tools such as DOORS, Windchill or Jama.
