Pharmacy Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a locally owned store, delivering health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of every interaction. This role oversees all pharmacy operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prescription counseling and over‑the‑counter product advice while maintaining privacy and consent standards.
• Dispense medications accurately and communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain all required records in line with federal and provincial legislation, including controlled‑substance reporting.
• Manage workflow queues, inventory levels, and expired stock, ensuring proper documentation and secure dispensary access.
• Oversee store appearance, financial reporting, and incident documentation for medication or privacy events.

Required profile

• Independent decision‑making with the ability to plan, coordinate and coach pharmacy staff.
• Proven business‑driving mindset, leading by example and supporting enterprise initiatives.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and professional conduct.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and the ability to develop and execute action plans.
• Adherence to health and safety procedures and completion of mandatory training.
