Pharmacy Logistics & Customer Experience Associate

About the role

Mednow is a fast‑growing mail‑order pharmacy that delivers medication directly to patients. We are looking for a part‑time associate who will manage daily shipments and provide friendly phone support to patients, ensuring every order arrives on time and every caller feels cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch daily medication orders following cold‑chain and privacy standards.
• Answer inbound patient calls, confirm order details, and follow up on delivery status.
• Coordinate with courier services and shipping platforms to track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipment logs, and patient information.
• Identify and resolve any delivery issues or discrepancies.

Required profile

• Organized, reliable and able to keep multiple tasks on schedule.
• Clear, warm and confident communicator on the phone.
• Comfortable standing and handling small, lightweight packages throughout the shift.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy for medication and personal data.
• Eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check.

Required skills

• Experience with courier or delivery platforms (e.g., UberDirect).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce fulfillment tools such as Shopify.
• Knowledge of shipping/order management systems like Kroll.
