Warehouse Associate – Full‑time

About the role

Bid Boss Inc. is seeking a full‑time Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at its Etobicoke facility. The role involves handling incoming merchandise, cataloguing items accurately, and preparing orders for shipment. It is ideal for a reliable individual looking for steady, hands‑on work.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and unload pallets of mixed, unsorted merchandise.
• Inspect, grade, and catalogue inventory using assigned manifests, including taking photos and writing descriptions.
• Move pallets and skids, placing catalogued items in correct rack locations.
• Prepare and package orders for customer pickup and shipping.
• Maintain warehouse organization and follow all safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a physical warehouse environment.
• Available to work full‑time, Tuesday to Saturday, with Saturday availability.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass a background check.
• No prior experience required; full on‑site training provided.

Required skills

• Handheld scanner operation.
• Basic computer tasks (data entry, inventory software).

What we offer

• Hourly wage of $18.00–$22.00 (CAD), paid bi‑weekly.
• Annual salary range $37,440–$45,760.
• Full‑time, 40‑hour work week with stable, ongoing employment.
