About the role
Join the Jean Coutu team in Quebec City as a Pharmacy Clerk. In this part‑time position you will support the pharmacy’s daily operations, ensuring customers receive excellent service while helping maintain a well‑organized laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exemplary customer service to pharmacy visitors.
- Verify and place received orders on laboratory shelves.
- Assist in medication preparation, including counting, packaging, and pill‑organizer assembly.
- Maintain laboratory and automation equipment.
- Operate the cash register when needed.
- Follow safety standards for cash handling and patient confidentiality.
Required profile
- Outgoing, empathetic and friendly nature.
- Team‑player who is versatile and adaptable.
- Very good knowledge of French.
- Availability for 10–30 hours per week.
