About the role
Join the Jean Coutu team in Quebec City as a Pharmacy Technical Assistant. In this part‑time position you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, understood, and supported throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with empathy and professionalism, creating a comfortable environment.
- Collect necessary information to prepare prescriptions and identify client needs.
- Prepare prescriptions, detect potential issues, and advise customers when appropriate.
- As needed, assemble pillboxes for selected clients.
- Maintain laboratory hygiene and organization to support efficient operations.
Required profile
- Very good knowledge of French.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Curious nature and eagerness to learn.
