Pest Control Supervisor

About the role

Orkin Canada is seeking a motivated Pest Control Supervisor to lead field teams across various locations in Ontario. This on‑the‑road position combines hands‑on pest management with coordination of projects, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production reports and other operational documentation.
• Supervise pest controllers and fumigators, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate and schedule activities to meet client timelines.
• Train new hires or arrange external training as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for service planning.
• Lead and instruct individuals on best practices and safety protocols.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Organized, reliable team player capable of managing multiple sites.
