Personal PR & Branding Executive

About the role

This role is responsible for shaping, protecting, and amplifying the public image of a high‑profile individual. Based in Canada, you will execute a cohesive personal branding strategy across media, digital platforms, and public appearances, ensuring consistency of voice, narrative, and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Support the evolution of a personal brand strategy and maintain consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all channels.
• Manage media relations, including press kits, outreach, interview coordination, and speaking engagements.
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content on LinkedIn, Instagram, X and other platforms, driving engagement and brand alignment.
• Develop written content such as social copy, talking points, articles, and ghost‑written thought‑leadership pieces.
• Coordinate logistics for public events, panels, keynotes, and appearances, ensuring strong brand presentation.
• Monitor media coverage and online sentiment, identify reputational risks, and assist with crisis communications.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and external stakeholders to maintain high‑quality brand assets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PR, executive communications, personal branding or media relations, preferably supporting senior executives or high‑profile individuals.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities with adaptable tone for different platforms.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, digital branding and content distribution.
• Proven experience working with media professionals, influencers, agencies or public‑facing stakeholders.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to manage confidential information.
• Excellent project‑management skills with a creative, detail‑oriented mindset.
