Personal Lines Flex Broker (Remote/Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Flex Broker to support our Shared Services team, providing service‑first assistance across 15 brokerages. This role offers variety, no sales targets, and the flexibility to work remotely or onsite as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day personal lines servicing with confidence and care using EPIC.
• Service and support brokerages when extra capacity is needed.
• Work remotely or onsite depending on where support is required.
• Bring consistency, professionalism, and positive energy to every assignment.
• Build trust quickly with both clients and team members.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of personal lines broker experience.
• Active RIBO license in good standing.
• Strong, hands‑on EPIC experience.
• Ability to hit the ground running in new environments.
• Friendly, client‑first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Confidence working independently without extensive ramp‑up.
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.
