Chief Financial Officer

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, shaping financial strategy and building a scalable finance function to support rapid growth through organic expansion and M&A.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute long‑term financial strategy, including scenario planning, capital allocation and shareholder value creation.
• Lead M&A due diligence, post‑acquisition integration, and capital‑raise activities such as debt and equity financing.
• Build and manage enterprise‑wide finance systems, processes, KPIs and a high‑performing finance team.
• Oversee cash flow, liquidity, debt portfolio, tax strategy and financial reporting to the Board and investors.

Required profile

• University degree in accounting, finance or business administration; MBA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of senior finance leadership, preferably in the insurance sector, with prior CFO experience.
• Proven track record in corporate finance, investor relations and capital‑raising transactions.
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking with ability to influence executive and board decisions.
