Personal Care Provider – Home Care

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Personal Care Provider to deliver in‑home support to elderly and disabled clients in Maple. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and promoting overall wellbeing in a client‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and hygiene assistance.
• Provide medication administration and monitor health status.
• Assist clients with regular exercise such as walking.
• Feed or assist in feeding and plan therapeutic diets and menus.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe and clean home environment.

Required profile

• 1‑to‑7 months of relevant experience or a strong willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with excellent interpersonal communication.
• Flexible, patient, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to handle loads up to 9 kg and perform repetitive tasks.
• Clean criminal record and able to provide references.
• Access to public transportation.

Required skills

• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
