About the role
We are seeking a compassionate personal care provider to deliver in‑home support to clients with intellectual disabilities. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence.
Key responsibilities
- Administer bedside and personal care.
- Assist clients with bathing and personal hygiene.
- Feed or assist in feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, including cooking.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation.
- Current CPR certification.
- 1–2 years experience in personal or home care.
- Punctual, dependable, flexible, patient, honest, organized, reliable, client‑focused, good judgement, and initiative.
- Willingness to work mornings, days, and weekends as needed.
