About the role

The Patient Care Specialist (PCS) serves as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled in a Specialty Health Network support program. Working within Shoppers Drug Mart/Pharmaprix, the PCS ensures patients receive high‑quality service throughout their treatment journey, fostering a positive and supportive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the single liaison for patients in the support program, handling inquiries and coordinating services.
• Deliver program offerings with accuracy, empathy, and timely follow‑up.
• Maintain detailed patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve patient satisfaction.
• Provide education on program benefits and assist patients in navigating their treatment plans.
