Part‑Time Talent Sourcer – Remote

About the role

Auxo is looking for a part‑time Talent Sourcer to help build high‑quality candidate pipelines for niche positions in SaaS, AI and early‑stage startups. Working directly with the founder, you will identify, engage and qualify top talent across North America.

Key responsibilities

• Build targeted candidate lists for both technical and non‑technical roles.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting tools.
• Evaluate profiles based on context and relevance, not just keyword matches.
• Send personalized outbound messages and manage initial outreach.
• Handle first‑level responses, share job details and guide interested candidates to book calls.
• Track activity, maintain a clean pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Collaborate with the founder to refine targeting, messaging and sourcing quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
• Strong ability to identify quality profiles on LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Comfortable with outbound messaging, follow‑ups and independent work.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and consistent in execution.
• Excellent written communication in English; French is a plus.

• LinkedIn for candidate research and outreach.
