About the role
Join Lids, the leading licensed sports retailer, as a Sales Associate in Vaughan. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping fans find headwear and apparel that match their team pride and personal style while delivering an energetic, customer‑focused experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve revenue growth through excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales targets.
- Maintain store visual standards, including proper signage, product presentation, and overall cleanliness.
- Process shipments, reset merchandise, and assist with accurate inventory counts.
- Protect company assets by adhering to Lids retail policies and procedures.
- Uphold a professional appearance in line with the dress code.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
