Front Store Manager – Full Time Flexible Shifts

About the role

The Front Store Manager leads all non‑pharmacy areas of the store, including cosmetics, to deliver excellent customer service and achieve profitability targets. This full‑time, flexible‑shift position oversees operations, people, and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain store standards to optimise the customer experience and drive traffic.
• Manage labour scheduling and use Work Force Management tools to maximise productivity.
• Hire, coach and evaluate staff (excluding pharmacy) and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Analyse financial reports, identify trends and take corrective actions to meet quarterly and annual targets.
• Develop and execute strategies that improve business efficiency and profitability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive business results and support corporate programs.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• Solid business and financial acumen with experience in budgeting and expense control.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
