About the role
We are seeking a friendly part‑time Retail Associate to join our North Battleford store. In this role you will help create a welcoming shopping environment, assist customers, and support daily store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and provide attentive service.
- Operate cash registers, handle transactions and process returns.
- Assist in fitting rooms, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Support back‑room activities such as receiving merchandise and replenishing inventory.
- Participate in training programs and development opportunities.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
- Flexible, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn; no prior experience required.
