Part‑Time Pharmacist – Community Hospital

About the role
We are seeking a part‑time pharmacist to join Brant Community Healthcare System’s pharmacy team. Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy Services, you will provide clinical coverage across a variety of hospital departments, ensuring safe and effective medication use for our patients.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy coverage to multiple clinical areas within the hospital.
- Maintain a regular schedule with no overnight or on‑call shift requirements.
Required profile
- Licensed pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario.
- Availability to work part‑time hours.
