Part‑Time Merchandiser – Trail (14 hrs/week)

About the role

We are seeking an independent‑contractor Merchandiser for a retail location, working 14 hours per week on weekdays at a rate of $20.00 per hour. The role offers flexibility, variety, and the chance to represent a top‑tier CPG client.

Key responsibilities

• Make packaged product displays attractive and appealing to customers.
• Bring products from storage and fill displays according to a planogram.
• Update seasonal displays and pricing.
• Place product orders.
• Execute account‑specific initiatives such as bookings, end caps, and marketing programs.
• Identify value‑adding opportunities during store visits while collaborating with department personnel.
• Provide regular merchandising support, including shelf maintenance, planogram changes, out‑of‑stock correction, and freshness.
• Prepare and submit daily reporting.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Professional demeanor with the public and store personnel.
• Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
• Flexibility to adapt to a changing market environment.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lb.
• Ability to stand for several continuous hours.
