Part‑Time Key Holder – Retail Store (Winnipeg, Polo Park)

About the role

The Key Holder supports store operations and delivers an exceptional shopping experience at Levi's Mainline Store in Polo Park. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will balance customer service, sales, merchandising and operational duties in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring security and compliance with policies.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, fitting, and checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor stocked.
• Support the Store Manager in training and coaching team members on selling techniques.
• Handle inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Required profile

• 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, climb ladders and move continuously throughout the store.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to follow store directives.
• Commitment to meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals.
