About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers in person and over the phone with a friendly attitude.
• Accurately process purchases using the cash register and POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; full training will be provided.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
