About the role

Join a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store at Stampede Station as a part‑time Beauty Specialist. You will be the face of our beauty department, helping customers discover products, book services, and enjoy a personalized shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of beauty products and services while promoting promotional programs.
• Encourage customers to join and use the PC Optimum loyalty program.
• Provide consultative makeup and skincare advice, including in‑store demonstrations.
• Book and promote in‑store events and appointments.
• Maintain visual standards, attend vendor training, and follow cosmetics operating procedures.
• Adhere to health, safety, loss‑prevention, and store policies.

Required profile

• Strong consultative selling experience in cosmetics or beauty retail.
• Ability to conduct personalized makeup and skincare consultations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Independent decision‑making and sound judgment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eClienteling tools.
• Familiarity with the PC Optimum loyalty platform.
