Parts Technician – Inventory & Customer Service

About the role

The Parts Technician supports the efficient flow of parts and supplies across our manufacturing, retail, and wholesale operations. You will interact with customers, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of spare parts for agricultural, automotive, construction, and heavy‑equipment machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and address customer complaints or concerns.
• Identify, label, catalogue, receive, unpack, sort, and store incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
• Issue and distribute parts for internal use, sell spare and replacement parts, and process cash transactions.
• Prepare and track work orders, requisition orders, and incoming requisitions.
• Maintain records in the inventory control system and perform regular inventory checks.
• Ship, deliver, or arrange pickup of parts, products, or equipment.
• Set up retail displays of parts and accessories and keep the office, supply area, and warehouse clean.

Required profile

• Strong client focus and excellent oral and written communication.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized with a high level of reliability.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, repetitive‑task environment.
• Physical capability to handle items up to 45 kg (100 lb).
• Team player who values ethics, maturity, and flexibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory control software.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
