Parts Driver – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Parts Driver for OpenRoad Volkswagen Burnaby. The driver will deliver automotive parts and equipment to customers and vendors, providing courteous service and supporting the Parts department.

Key responsibilities

• Greet parts customers and vendors in a friendly manner.
• Deliver parts and equipment on schedule, coordinating with the Parts Manager and Counter Associate.
• Provide advice on parts and accessories during deliveries.
• Document and report customer complaints that cannot be resolved at the driver level.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts truck and report any maintenance needs.
• Lift heavy parts or cartons as assigned and follow safety policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of the Lower Mainland and ability to read maps.
• Working knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• A valid British Columbia driver’s licence with a clean record and at least 2 years of driving experience.

Required skills

• Ability to operate the parts truck and related equipment.
• Knowledge of receiving, storing, and issuing parts and supplies.
