Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every customer, fostering brand connection and sales.
• Open and close the store, act as key holder, and oversee daily sales performance.
• Coach and support associates in real time, ensuring exceptional store experience.
• Represent the brand by staying current on fashion trends and promoting products.
• Maintain visual standards through processing, restocking, and re‑merchandising.
• Promote a culture of inclusion, teamwork, and brand pride.

Required profile

• Friendly, organized, with strong time‑management skills.
• Confident leader who can resolve issues and support daily operations.
• Energetic and enthusiastic about shared goals and values.
• Prior retail team‑leader or key‑holder experience.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, squat for long periods and lift up to 20 lb.
