About the role
WestJet is looking for a part‑time Customer Service Agent to join the team at Winnipeg Airport. You will be the first in‑person point of contact for guests, helping them navigate check‑in, boarding and arrivals while representing the WestJet brand.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with check‑in, ticketing, and reservation changes.
- Support self‑serve kiosks and provide help to passengers with mobility issues.
- Prepare aircraft for on‑time departure and manage boarding and de‑planing processes.
- Handle service fees, issue tickets, and troubleshoot itinerary concerns.
- Maintain a safe, positive airport environment for all travelers.
Required profile
- Minimum two years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Proven punctuality, reliability and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical ability to walk long distances, stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
- Flexibility to work shifts in a 24/7 operation.
- Proficiency in reading English for training and daily tasks.
Required skills
- Computer literacy with experience using Windows‑based software.
