Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on cell phone options, accessories, and service plans.
• Deliver accurate product information and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Contribute to sales targets and earn performance‑based compensation.

Required profile

• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Strong communication skills and a solution‑oriented outlook.
• Ability to connect with customers and convey product benefits.
