Paid Search Specialist

About the role

Sundays, a West Coast modern furniture brand, is looking for an experienced Paid Search Specialist to own and scale paid search performance across its two brands, Sundays and Hetta. You will work closely with the Director of Paid Media, driving growth through strategic execution and continuous optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Run, optimize, and scale campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, AI Max, and Demand Gen.
• Collaborate with the Director of Paid Media on channel strategy, budget pacing, and allocation.
• Manage first‑party data strategy, including customer match lists and audience seeding for AI‑powered campaigns.
• Own product feed quality for Shopping and Performance Max, ensuring rich metadata and attribute optimization.
• Maintain robust conversion tracking, including Enhanced Conversions and consent‑compliant measurement.
• Track and report core KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CVR, impression share, new customer acquisition cost) with actionable recommendations.
• Design and execute structured tests on creative, copy, audiences, bidding, and landing pages.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing sophisticated Google Ads campaigns at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Clear communication skills and a proactive ownership attitude.
