Outside Sales Consultant

About the role

As an Outside Sales Consultant you will drive top‑line growth for our branch, targeting businesses in food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors that need linen, uniform and facility services. After a 13‑week training program you will prospect, qualify and close new accounts across the Etobicoke‑to‑Woodbridge territory.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business through cold calling, prospecting and lead qualification.
• Present tailored proposals and meet weekly sales quotas using Salesforce.
• Coordinate onboarding with internal teams to ensure smooth customer transitions.
• Participate in weekly branch growth meetings and report on upcoming installations.
• Maintain strong relationships with new customers and hand them off to the service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and adhere to all policies.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with excellent time‑ and territory‑management skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.

Required skills

• Salesforce (CRM) proficiency.
