Outlet Server – Food & Beverage Team

About the role

Join Crescent Hotels & Resorts as an Outlet Server and become a key part of our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests across our restaurant and outlet locations, helping create memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in restaurant and outlet areas on a rotating schedule.
• Set up and break down rooms for service.
• Take guest orders and operate the electronic cash register/POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of outlet areas.
• Answer guest inquiries about menu items, hotel services, local attractions, and operating hours.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours in a fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving mindset and accurate, time‑management abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
