Order Fulfillment Associate

About the role

As an Order Fulfillment Associate you will play a key role in the customer experience by accurately picking and packing orders and providing clear communication. You will confirm digital orders before preparing them for pick‑up and contact customers about any shortages.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital orders to ensure they are confirmed and picked in a timely fashion.
• Accurately pick and pack orders with great attention to detail.
• Assist teammates in servicing customers at the counter.
• Inform the buyer when stock levels are low or when discrepancies are encountered.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor or Profit Centre Manager.

Required profile

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn and operate the software system used to process orders.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to operate material handling equipment.
• Strong work ethic, high integrity and ability to work independently or in a team.
