Operator Technician – Shift Based Production Role

About the role

Join the Edmonton Operations team at Coca‑Cola Europacific Partners and help keep a high‑volume beverage plant running smoothly. You will work on a 12‑hour continental shift, collaborating with operators and engineers to maintain and optimise production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Use SAP‑based Planned Maintenance to perform and record maintenance activities.
• Conduct quality checks via network‑based systems, HMI interrogation, visual inspections and measurements.
• Manage material orders and usage through SAP material modules.
• Apply basic root‑cause analysis to diagnose and escalate equipment or process issues.
• Support shift‑based and day‑based engineering teams to improve line reliability.
• Follow Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations applicable to the site.
• Develop personal skills through training and the in‑house Academy system.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or line operations.
• Strong numerical, practical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to meet demanding timescales and customer service targets.
• Comfortable working collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptable with a flexible approach to changing business needs.
