Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee a 30,000 sq ft. main facility and multiple satellite warehouses, ensuring efficient, safe, and high‑quality operations. This role combines inventory control, fleet oversight, and people management to drive operational excellence for an industry‑leading energy drink brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the main facility and 4+ park‑out warehouses, focusing on efficiency and safety.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels using SAP, forecast demand, and execute FIFO rotation.
• Input product orders, resolve SAP variances, and conduct daily inventory counts.
• Oversee fleet maintenance schedules, coordinate preventive maintenance, and handle accident reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Collaborate with the General Sales Manager on performance issues and participate in the Ontario Leadership Team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Understanding of computer ordering systems and IT tools.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 lb.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years related experience, or a college diploma.
