Operations Associate

About the role

Beedie Capital is seeking an Operations Associate to manage the firm’s core operating infrastructure. The role will oversee the day‑to‑day administration of the HubSpot CRM, ensure data integrity across multiple systems, and support investment, people, and go‑to‑market functions. You will work closely with all business units to keep processes efficient and data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Operate HubSpot daily – maintain data hygiene, build workflow automations, and track sales and investment pipelines.
• Create and maintain dashboards that display pipeline health, conversion metrics and campaign performance.
• Manage project‑management workflows in ClickUp for deal execution, process implementations and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain SharePoint document structures, governance and accessibility for key investment documents.
• Build and update a hiring database and structured onboarding process for People Ops.
• Generate monthly, quarterly and annual reports, consolidating data from multiple sources including Addepar.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and lead their implementation, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Serve as the central data steward, ensuring consistency and accuracy across HubSpot, ClickUp and SharePoint.
