Oracle Expense Lead

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Oracle Expense Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of next‑generation Oracle solutions for its global clients. You will work in a digitally driven, innovation‑led environment, helping organisations migrate to Oracle Cloud and modernise their expense management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions on large, complex client projects.
• Drive end‑to‑end innovation by applying design thinking and agile development methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate IoT, analytics, automation and artificial intelligence into Oracle expense applications.
• Provide early access to Oracle innovations and ensure best‑practice delivery across the portfolio.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to Accenture’s Oracle practice growth.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud or Oracle ERP solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud migration, expense management processes and digital transformation.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
