Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to deliver a seamless, high‑impact onboarding experience for new restaurant partners across Canada. You will act as the primary point of contact from contract signature through full platform activation, ensuring each partner is set up for success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding lifecycle for restaurant partners, from initial setup to successful go‑live.
• Configure software tools to match each restaurant’s operational needs and guest flow.
• Conduct remote training sessions for staff, driving effective adoption of platform features.
• Coordinate technical implementation tasks, including integrations and third‑party setup support.
• Maintain a high‑volume onboarding pipeline while meeting quality and speed standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Billing, and Customer Success teams to resolve implementation challenges.
• Leverage AI‑enabled tools and automation to streamline onboarding tasks.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to best‑practice evolution.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, hospitality operations, or SaaS support.
• Proven ability to deliver training or onboarding sessions for non‑technical users.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in remote, customer‑facing environments.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM or collaboration tools such as Salesforce or Zoom.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations is a strong advantage.
• Exposure to SaaS implementation, POS systems, or web‑based integrations is a plus.
• Comfort with AI tools or automation solutions to boost productivity.
