Office Manager

About the role

The Office Manager will lead the day‑to‑day administrative functions of our organization, ensuring that office operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves implementing and reviewing procedures, coordinating office services, and supporting staff to maintain a productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and review new administrative procedures.
• Delegate tasks to office support staff and monitor performance.
• Establish work priorities, enforce procedures, and meet deadlines.
• Manage administrative activities, including record release under government access and privacy legislation.
• Coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
• Assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory, and enforce budgetary controls.
• Assemble data and produce periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Train staff on administrative processes and oversee procedural compliance.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1 to less than 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
