About the role
The Office Administrator will support the daily operations of our office in Saint‑Laurent, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective coordination among staff. This full‑time, permanent position offers the opportunity to develop procedural expertise in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and monitor their completion.
- Establish work priorities, enforce procedures, and meet deadlines.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate overall office administrative procedures.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent non‑university certificate/diploma (1‑2 years) or comparable experience.
- 1 to less than 7 months of relevant administrative experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts (morning, evening, night, day).
