OCC Supervisor - Remote

About the role

The Operations Control Center (OCC) Supervisor will lead a remote team responsible for coordinating flights, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. This role supports Starlink Aviation’s global flight operations and requires strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee OCC activities to ensure adherence to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate flight planning, crew scheduling, aircraft assignment, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor real‑time operational performance, including departures, arrivals, delays, and disruptions, and take proactive corrective actions.
• Maintain communication channels with pilots, flight crews, dispatchers, charter representatives, and maintenance teams.
• Manage operational disruptions such as weather events, maintenance issues, or air‑traffic restrictions, implementing contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
• Foster a teamwork‑oriented culture, promote open communication, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Conduct quality investigations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities (TC, FAA, EASA) for international flight operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an aviation operations environment, preferably within an OCC.
• In‑depth knowledge of aviation regulations, flight planning, and customs regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 environment.
