About the role
As a Night Associate you will support the store’s merchandising and inventory flow by unloading trailers, moving pallets, and preparing the sales floor for opening. The role focuses on safe, clean handling of merchandise and delivering basic customer service when needed.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare the sales floor for store opening, including labeling and signage.
- Unload trailers and pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor.
- Label and place merchandise in back‑room bins and stock shelves.
- Assist with stocking the sales floor and provide customer service as required.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard‑free work environment by following company policies and completing safety sweep logs.
- Secure displays and fixtures and ensure all merchandise is properly signed and featured.
