Nursery Systems Analyst – Onsite

About the role

The Nursery Systems Analyst supports critical DOTA Nursery systems, data processes, reporting, and technical issue resolution across Nursery, Finance, Distribution, and related teams. This P3‑level, full‑time position provides Tier III support, troubleshooting, testing, bug tracking, and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support incoming Tier III functionality and maintenance requests for DOTA Nursery systems.
• Perform triage, technical troubleshooting, and issue validation, coordinating with the Service Desk and IS teams.
• Lead the Support lane by coordinating day‑to‑day execution, reinforcing ownership, and creating reusable documentation and playbooks.
• Identify, scope, design, and implement new technology projects from a business perspective.
• Facilitate and participate in technical end‑user testing, manage bug tracking, and ensure quality releases.
• Provide governance for master data and product details in inventory and related systems.
• Develop advanced reports using Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives based on user feedback and prioritize incoming requests.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to mentor colleagues and promote consistent support standards.
