Key responsibilities

• Engage customers professionally at every touchpoint, creating a memorable experience.
• Follow up on leads from inquiry through delivery, ensuring satisfaction.
• Prospect new customers and conduct outreach as needed.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that match their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
• Conduct test drives, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain precise records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Passion for outstanding customer service and treating every guest like a friend.

• Drive to succeed and take ownership of your income.
• Coachable and eager to continuously improve.
• Valid OMVIC license.
• Proven automotive sales experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
