Full-Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Giant Tiger is seeking a motivated Store Supervisor to lead daily operations in its Orillia location. You will ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and support a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service standards across assigned departments.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, including opening and closing duties.
• Train associates on policies, procedures, SKU handling, pricing, signage, and RF unit usage.
• Manage ordering, replenishment, and merchandising activities.
• Conduct inventory tasks such as cycle counts and assist with loss‑prevention measures.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Support the Store Owner/Manager with scheduling, projects, and community engagement.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of retail management or key‑holder experience.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
