Network Support Analyst – Edmonton

About the role

Our client in Edmonton is looking for a Network Support Analyst to join a high‑demand onsite environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting network connectivity, maintaining infrastructure, and providing end‑user workstation support across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve wired and wireless network issues.
• Maintain switches, routers, and access points in Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti environments.
• Monitor network performance, respond to outages, and provide escalation‑level support.
• Deliver day‑to‑day desktop support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Manage tickets via phone, email, and in‑person within a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Image, configure, and deploy end‑user devices.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and general IT tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of combined network and desktop support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Ubiquiti equipment.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook and Teams.
• CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proven ability to work in multi‑site or distributed environments.
