Network Administrator

About the role

Simons, a leading fashion retailer, is looking for a Network Administrator to ensure the reliable operation of its IT infrastructure. The role involves managing network devices, servers, virtualization platforms and backup solutions to support business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and provide ongoing support for SD‑WAN routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi access points.
• Apply software patches manually or via automation tools such as NinjaOne and Ansible.
• Automate software and configuration deployments using Mobile Device Management platforms and Group Policy Objects.
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Support deployment and continuous improvement of the endpoint detection and response (EDR) solution.
• Configure, monitor, and test data backups using Veeam.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot virtual machines on Nutanix and Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization.
• Maintain the integrity of the Active Directory structure.
• Coordinate technical issue resolution with vendor support centers.
• Collaborate with the internal technical support team to equip them with necessary tools and knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar network/IT role.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment, UCS servers, Windows and Linux environments.
• Experience with backup technologies, VoIP, virtualization, and SAN storage.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• High level of rigor, attention to detail and ability to work in a team.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
