NetSuite Implementation Consultant (Canada)

About the role

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company and a NetSuite Alliance Partner, is looking for a proactive, solution-oriented NetSuite Implementation Consultant based in Canada. The role is remote-first, with the ability to travel on-site to client needs, including periodic trips to the United States for business meetings; visa sponsorship is not provided. The consultant takes part in diverse workstreams across industries and engagement sizes.

Key responsibilities

• Discovery: take part in discovery sessions to capture complex requirements and turn them into efficient business processes.
• Implementation and configuration: take part in end-to-end NetSuite implementation and configuration.
• Testing and validation: test system configuration and processes against client requirements, and support testing and training programs to ensure high adoption.
• Data: drive the transformation, migration and integration of client data to NetSuite at cutover.
• Documentation: produce functional requirement documents and technical specifications.
• Client and risk management: communicate professionally and promptly, manage escalations, maintain RAID logs and build long-term client trust.
• Resource management: manage individual tasks and timelines for on-time delivery.
• Strategic consulting: document global requirements to help senior leads build long-term technology roadmaps, and learn industry best practices.
• Mentorship: guide and train junior consultants and contribute to internal practice development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2+ years working with NetSuite, either in implementation or as an end user.
• Understanding of business process improvement and strong communication skills.
• Preferred: expertise in at least one vertical: Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Services & Construction, Field Service Management, or Software & Technology.

What we offer

• Base pay of USD 80,000 - 120,000 in the United States or CAD 109,000 - 160,000 in Canada, with an annual incentive target of 10-20% of salary paid quarterly.
