NetSuite Delivery Manager (Canada)

About the role

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is a full-service NetSuite Alliance Partner offering finance, technology and risk and compliance services. Its Cloud Solutions practice manages large-scale, complex projects, and it is seeking a NetSuite Delivery Manager with consulting experience and/or strong industry knowledge to lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations for high-growth companies across many industries. The position is remote-first for U.S. or Canada-based candidates, with occasional travel to the United States for client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations and act as a trusted advisor and the main point of contact for clients and the C-suite
• Manage escalations, RAID logs and risk mitigation plans, and lead complex negotiations
• Oversee the delivery team, align configurations to project goals and give final sign-off on key deliverables
• Run steering committee meetings, set milestones, prepare project management artifacts and hold status meetings
• Align team resources, manage project budgets, monitor burn rates and handle change orders
• Build long-term technology roadmaps from business process discovery sessions and design "to-be" processes
• Mentor junior consultants and support the evolution of delivery methodologies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on NetSuite implementations
• Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management, and willingness to take on project responsibilities as needed
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills, and understanding of key project management principles
• Preferred: deep expertise in one of four verticals (Supply Chain & Manufacturing, Services & Construction, Field Service Management, or Software & Technology)

What we offer

• Base salary of USD 110,000 - 170,000 in the United States or CAD 150,000 - 233,000 in Canada
• Incentive compensation target of 20-26% of salary, paid quarterly
