National Sales Manager

About the role

Uniform Works, powered by GALLS, is seeking a National Sales Manager to shape and execute its nationwide sales strategy. You will lead a high‑performing team of outside sales representatives and account managers across Canada, driving revenue, margin and market‑share growth for our uniform and program‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies, set annual, quarterly and monthly targets, and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of outside sales reps and account managers, fostering a results‑driven culture.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key national and regional accounts, supporting complex deal closures and contract negotiations.
• Oversee RFI/RFP processes, lead negotiations for national contracts and multi‑year agreements, and ensure successful onboarding of key accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Product teams to align on forecasting, budgeting and product strategy.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes and competitive landscape, representing Uniform Works at trade shows and conferences.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing sales teams at a national level.
• Strong business‑development expertise with a track record of consistent revenue and margin growth.
• Demonstrated ability to build executive‑level relationships and close complex, high‑value contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and strategic planning skills.
