About the role
The Nail Salon Manager will lead the daily operations of Urban Nail Bar Ltd's Edmonton location. This role ensures smooth service delivery, maintains high standards of customer satisfaction, and drives the salon’s financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily salon operations.
- Evaluate and improve operational efficiency.
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily activities.
- Establish and enforce staff policies and procedures.
- Plan and control budget, manage inventory, and monitor expenses.
- Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise salon staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of relevant management experience.
